We are using the soap11, delivery mechanism for Order Changed Events from Softpro Cameron 3.0 (SP2).

Do you have some documentation, or provide sample subscription.xml for subscribing to order change events by utilizing the MSMQ delivery mechanism.

Also the destination queue which will capture the messages, are there an setting or restrictions on what queue itself?

Have you looked in the SDK under HowTos/Subscribe to Events? There are subscription examples for MSMQ and SOAP11.
