SoftPro 3.0 install failing after Crystal Reports install

After running windows update, the SoftPro install fails immediately after installing (or attempted install) of the Crystal Reports 11.5 Runtime.

I don't know what is causing the problem, but I can narrow it down to a few items:

Disregard on the windows update piece. I re-imaged back before the update and I'm still getting the error,

Specifically:

Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\mrisen\AppData\Local\Temp\2\VSD4464.tmp\CrystalReports11_5\SetupCrystal.msi' has either changed since it was initially published or may be corrupt.

See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\mrisen\AppData\Local\Temp\2\VSD4464.tmp\install.log' for more information.

This is very strange. I consistently get a successful install on some machines at this point and this CrystalReports corruption message on others. I've been installing from the network, but tried locally just in case and it still reproduces.
