How do I get the parameters set by Select Application

I am trying to run the Single Ledger Balance Report that I exported from Select application in Crystal Reports. I entered in my order number in the parameters and the date range and want to use the default for the other parameters. I couldn't seem to run it - I kept getting errors "database cannot retrieve data". After I removed all the record selection criteria and the parameters that I was able to remove, I was able to run it with no criteria. I would like to be able to run it with the criteria though. Please help - thanks

The parameters that are required are Ledger ID (which needs to be entered with { } around it), Profile ID (which needs to be entered with { } around it), Trust Account Code would need to have a % entered if you want to run for all Trust Accounts (since this is for 1 Ledger ID though it would be best to enter that Ledger ID's Trust Account Code).

The remaining prompts in Crystal can then be left as their default value.
