When importing a ready bloc, why does it add two pound signs (##) to the name?

It's to avoid name clashes with our ReadyBlocs that are either installed with Select or later installed as part of a custom package. We found that customers often used similar naming conventions to ours when developing and importing their own, and that began to cause conflict issues. Custom fields take a similar approach to avoid field name clashes.
