Problems with Percent Custom Field Type

We've confirmed this, and are investigating. It appears that it is only affecting custom field percentage fields, and not all percentage fields throughout ProForm. I will update this thread when we have more information, but in the meantime there is no workaround other than to shift the input value as you've indicated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
