Retrieve files (pdfs, docs, etc) from Order Attachments Section

Hello, I tried a few different search variants per the title, but was able to find anything that related to our problem. We are able get all the folder names under the attachments in an order. However, we are unable to retrieve the files in each of the attachment folder. Any assistance on how do so is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
