Custom Plug In Help

Hello SP Developers,
We have a custom integration plug in that sends rendered documents from softpro to our own esign website. We are changing the website url and need to update the plug in to point to the correct URL. Our developer is currently unavailable to do this for us for some time. Is there anyone that could help us edit the .dll? Thank you in advance!!
