I don't know how one is supposed to find anything on this forum using the search interface. It seems like any word that is part of the english language is rejected as "too common". Some examples of rejected searches:
"order number"
"templates"
"create order"
Am I being unreasonable by trying to search this way? So far, the only way I've been able to find anything is to just browse the topics one by one. Very frustrating...

Re: forum search functionality
I've had the same problem myself! Has anyone else had more luck?

Re: forum search functionality
FYI, we're also checking with the company that provides this forum software to see if there's anything we can do to improve this.

Re: forum search functionality
I am happy to report that the forum search has been updated so that those "common word" errors shouldn't occur any more. The searches you listed now display actual results.
Please let us know if you see this problem again.
Thanks!
Melissa
