Softpro API throw error message savign Hazard Insurance Cont

SPS API is throwing an error message "Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'OrderContactID', table 'SoftProDotNetCentral.dbo.OrderContactPerson'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.\r\nThe statement has been terminated." when the order has Hazard Insurance Contact on it. If the order has other contacts it works fine.
