We are now experiencing an issue that looks cause by an invalid license. We get the following in the event log:
The Print Handler package does not have a valid license and will not load. Contact SoftPro for valid license!
Do we need to a new resource for the upgrade?

If your package version has changed then you need to request another package license file from SoftPro.
Note that your package assembly version does not need to match the Select version. You could be running Select 2.4.0.0 and your package version be 1.6.3.
As long as your package version stays the same, you can reuse the same package license with different versions of Select, granted you recompile your package (easiest way is to use the Select version matching SDK) to bind against the proper Select assemblies.
