Is there a way to create a footer for the last page only?

Headers and footers are specific to the sections of a document, and each section can have 4 basic header/footer components: first page header (optional), first page footer (optional), header, and footer. You may want to experiment with the last page in a separate section with its own footer, but since source documents can drastically grow and shrink as its SPML is being processed (e.g. foreach), its difficult to make these delineations when the source document is being created.
