Good afternoon.
I was referred here by your helpdesk
I have been asked to write reports for my company and have no exposure to, or experience with your software.
Do you have a data dictionary or can you give me any guidance as to which DBs/ tables/fields I need to access to do productivity reporting?
I am using SSMS/SSIS/SSRS
Thank you for any assistance

Re: SQL database help
The standard SoftPro Reports are created using Crystal Reports X1 R2. They connect to data with an
ODBC (RDO) connection. The ProForm application has the only “Report Tree” to which reports for any
application can be added. Due to the complexity involved, we can offer a quote for the cost of a
training session if furnished contact information and specifics of what information is needed.
