Disable certain ribbon groups

When an order is open in the UI, under the Order Tools tab, there are several default groups, including Quick Links, Documents, Actions, Workflow, and Transactions (360). We don't use Workflow, and have other means of accessing 360 transactions, and would like to disable these two to make more room to expand our own custom ribbon group.

Is there any way to disable, either through code or some other configuration setting, or modification of the .CTS files in the SDK?

Unfortunately, this is not supported at this time.
