User becomes inactive after an hour

Post by mrisen »

I've been noticing this on my SoftPro 3.0 test box. I log in with administrative credentials, add my windows account, log out, and then log in with not problem. After an hour or so, my account then gets deactivated and I have to go in and add my account again, where it says something like it found an inactive matching account and asks if I would like to reactivate it. I then click yes, log out, and log back in and everything is good... for an hour.

Why does my account keep getting deactivated?

The most common reason that this happens is because the SoftPro Select Server service that you are connecting to is running under a Local account instead of a Domain account.

Please verify whether this is the case.
