When I change the Title Status (Say from In Progress to Completed") from softpro client, this change is logged in the order History, however if we change the TitleStatus via Select API, Title Status change is not logged in the order History
Note this is an issue only for "Title Status", other properties (Example Order Type) when updated the API are displayed/logged in the OrderHistory
Please let us know how to resolve this issue
Repro Steps:
Create a Order
Go To General --> Status
Change the Title Status from "" to In Progress Via softpro client
Open Order History, will see a entry with Old Value, New Value etc
Close Order Softpro Client
Via Select API, Update Title Status from "In Progress" to "Completed"
Open Order in Softpro Client
Go To General --> Status
Title Status is "Completed" as expected (This confirms that the Order got updated by the Select API)
However when I open Order History, I don't see any record of change

The Order History change details are updated via a separate process, asynchronous from the order save. If you change the Title Status, save, and immediately view the Order History, you won't see the details of the Title Status change because that process hasn't run yet. It typically runs within a minute or so of the order save, so if you go back to this same order now, you should see the Title Status change details in your Order History.

Hari - Just clarifying: you're asking for Cameron (v3.0), correct? My answer is for 3.0. In 2.6, the order history entries write as soon as you make the change in the order, but this process changed for v3.0.

This is a bug in version 2.6 thats is fixed in version 3.0.
