Modifying custom field value does not trigger IsDirty

Modifying an order custom field value doesn't seem to trigger the order's IsDirty flag anymore. Can anyone confirm this?

I will have a tester look into this issue. Obviously, it should be marking the order as dirty, so it sounds like a bug.
