SoftPro WCF Proxy Generator

Good afternoon. I am updating some of our custom integrations from 4.4 to 4.6.8. I noticed the new SDK doesn't include the "SoftPro WCF Proxy Generator" tool that used to be used to generate the WCF proxy classes. Do you have any examples in the new SDK showing how to create custom managers/services in the service package and call them from the shell package?
