Hi -

Please let me know how to release these leases that are held my our automation processes that NEVER get released. We have rebooted our integration box (AP01V), waited overnight (it is 4:30 AM right now) and STILL the leases are in the list. This is causing problems as a number of our users can't log in because the licenses are being used by our integration server.

You see from the 'Acquired On' dates that these are OLD and should be released. See print screen attached

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't know why they did not timeout if the PC hosting them was shut down. I assume the mid-tiers are still running so they can release the seat?

Another question is why the integration app is using 10 seats. Can't they share a single client session?
