Hi -

We have a console app that processes changes to softpro orders BUT it had a problem and didn't complete the process now there are no other users that can open the order because it shows that it is lock by our integration user. HELP? How can I release the locks on the order so other users can access? Is there something in the DB that I can change?

(As you know) The lock is freed up when the order user exits. If the lock should also free up 15 minutes after the order is no longer open by a logged in user.
