Add a barcode to a document

I am trying to add a barcode to a document in SoftPro when previewing and printing it.

I've found EventLoggingPrintJobHandler : PrintJobHandler example. I try to interact with a document in Pre-processing stage. All I was able to do is to add a watermark to the doc. I was wondering maybe there is a property similar to the watermark one that would add text using barcode font?

There is Barcode Placeholder in RdyDocs. In our Empower table we have a column BarCodePos which defines a position of a barcode on a particular document. But I don't know how to tell SoftPro to add a barcode to the placeholder.

There is a tab in SoftPro called SPImage. It allows you to choose an order and print a barcode for it. We need to add a barcode to an existing doc.
