Using the API to populate ReadyDocs for an order in the UI

Can we use the SoftPro API to populate the ReadyDocs for an order that is open within the UI? If so, can we set the document name (rather than prompting the user)?
Along those same lines, can we clear out the ReadyDocs area for the open order ahead of populating it?

Are you referring to automating the adding and removing of entries in the Selected ReadyDocs list on the Documents tab? Also, where is the user prompted for the document name that you wish to automate - is it specifically during publishing?
