Developed doc in Arial but renders in MS P Gothic

I developed a document using the standard Arial 10 point and finished the document deployed it and when I rendered it the font was MSPGothic. I downloaded the file and opened it and sure enough, it was showing MSPGothic I went thru the document changed all of it back to Arial and then when I render it again it was back to MSPGothic.
I have deleted the document from ReadyDocs area and exited out and then came back in and reuploaded it and still the same result.
Any help would be appreciated.
