Event Log Errors

I recently recieved a error in Event Log when I'm trying to connect to SoftPro API. I also recieve an expection in my application stating pretty much the same thing. The Event ID is 5000 and the message is:

EventType clr20r3, P1 gts.fipstosoftpro.exe, P2 1.0.0.0, P3 4a01eacf, P4 softpro.select.client, P5 2.3.0.0, P6 49f1ff49, P7 140, P8 29, P9 system.security.security, P10 NIL.

I'm not sure why this is occuring now - any ideas?

Also I noticed the Event Log is sprinkled w/ Event ID 1001 w/ Message:

A Service Dispatcher exception was caught at the service boundary.
Access is denied.

This event looks like its been happening since we installed your product. I would like to know how to clean up the event log,

Who's the publisher of the gts.fipstosoftpro.exe executable?

The "A Service Dispatcher exception was caught at the service boundary" event is a pseudo-error that can be safely ignored.
