Re: Printing Checks when Disbursing Ledger

I have been unable to answer the question. I have sent the post the R&D. I will report back when they have a solution.

Re: Initializing Console Application Bundle Installation

I'm sorry but I am unable to help with this issue. I don't know why it would suddenly stop working. This is beyond the DevForum's ability to help.

You will need to contact the SoftPro Customer Service (https://www.softprocorp.com/softpro-support/) to escalate this to a Select developer.

Re: Transaction Abort Error - Adding Attachments to Create Order

When you installed the SDK originally, it should have written the file "SelectSdk.chm" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\SoftPro\Select SDK". The help file should be available from the start menu also at "SoftPro Select SDK". You had to install it on your development machine but not on production machines....

Re: Transaction Abort Error - Adding Attachments to Create Order

I'm afraid without actually testing your source code, I cannot help. To be clear, are you saying that if you omit the four file attachment code lines then everything works perfectly? If so, I just keep wondering if it is file system permission issue with the executable user. If it is a Windows servi...

Re: Transaction Abort Error - Adding Attachments to Create Order

Unfortunately I can't replicate your error. This is what I did to create an order and attach a file from the file system. These lines are from a console application - and are almost identical to what you did. IOrderStore os = ss.GetService<IOrderStore>(); IOrder order = os.NewOrder(); IAttachmentFol...

Re: Initializing Console Application Bundle Installation

An R&D developer looked at the code and successfully installed bundles using the code below. ICredentials creds = new NetworkCredential("admin", "Passw0rd", "[SERVER]"); using (SelectServer ss = new SelectServer(new Uri(http://localhost:8080/dev), creds)) { Environment.SetEnvironmentVariable("SPS_DI...

Re: Initializing Console Application Bundle Installation

I am passing this to our R&D team for response. Unfortunately I cannot give you a time estimate for an answer.

Also, there is no need to cross-post. As long as it is anywhere in "Integration Development" or child forums, I will see it. :)

Re: Create Order With Multiple Templates

Yes. The OrderCreationSpec.Templates property will hold a list of templates. Just Add them to this list in the order you want them applied to the newly created order. If you only specify the templates, the order number/prefix/suffix will automatically fill themselves out if possible. OrderCreationSp...

Re: Moving Attachments OUT of Select

Can this task be done - yes. Would I use a Code Snippet - no. The only way to do this with Code Snippets would require a significant amount of Python code in a custom snippet. Additionally, they are not an appropriate way to do this because they were not designed to do this level of code development...

Re: Can a new file be archived immediately?

Who indeed. We know Steve McQueen didn't want to spend any time at all in The Blob (1958). TheBlob.png I don't know the answer and my R&D developers may not have practical experience on doing this in a production system. Your best bet is to call SoftPro Select Customer Service. They would be familia...
