Re: Start Page in Boylan release of SoftPro Select

Thanks for figuring it out and passing it on to us. Good job. You certainly know more about JavaScript than I do. :D

Re: Ambiguous Template Error

The exception is not saying that the template name is ambiguous (necessarily) - but rather some piece of data being inserted into the new order creates an ambiguous lookup table scenario. Normally the Select application would handle this for you by presenting a dialog with your options to choose fro...

Re: Start Page in Boylan release of SoftPro Select

I'm working on the issue. One thing I came across is that JavaScript is case sensitive so the code alert("Error: " + err.Message); Should be alert("Error: " + err.message); That results in a slightly more helpful message - Error: window.external.OpenDocument is not a function . That being said, the ...

Re: Start Page in Boylan release of SoftPro Select

I'm happy to help so this is not a waste of time. :-) Your Guid format is a bit off. Below is an example that works on my system: // Valid guid format. sp-select://./ordertracking/order?id=A5B587E5-12BD-E011-96CC-E02A82F630C8 // Your guid string is not a valid format for a 16 byte (32 hex character)...

Re: Start Page in Boylan release of SoftPro Select

The required parameter is a fully qualified URI object. You need to pass a string matching the following format where {order guid} is the guid you previously used to identify the order.

Code: Select all

sp-select://./ordertracking/order?id={order guid}

Re: 360 Email Notifications

Unfortunately I am not a member of the 360 group so I cannot provide further guidance. All that was reported to me was that while some of the data might be available in data tables, the data from the 360 view would only be the user’s full name, not an email or other identifier.

Re: Task Status Update with Formula

You have asked an excellent question!

The formula will not run when the order is closed. Many people put date related actions in the order and are surprised when nothing happen. If the order is closed, it is inert and does nothing.

Re: Calling the Logo Image?

According to our ReadyDoc dev... Unfortunately, I am unable to repro the customer’s issue (left side is Design, right is Preview). 1.jpg One thing I did notice was within the table properties of the “Called Icon Header” ReadyBloc. The row containing the Escrow Office Name is set to “At least 0.23 in...

Re: Calling the Logo Image?

According to our ReadyDoc dev, if you are referring to this field...

...then the field code would be {{Order.SettlementAgents.LogoImage}}. It is located here in the Field Code Browser:
