In my test environment I often get a could not execute batch command.[SQL: SQL not available] exception when running tests. The issue ended up being a 1-off item. We fixed it by updating a task, I believe, for one order and saving it.

So this is a test box with pretty much a default SoftPro installation. The SoftPro DBs, windows services, and client (and everything else) is on the box.
